In the Europa- und Georgi-Haus there are 212 residential places in group apartments of 2 - 7 rooms, 9 of which are equipped for disabled persons. The fully equipped kitchens and sanitary facilities are shared. The rooms are 12 - 18 m² in size and have internet connection.
Large 2-person flats are available for families with children. There is an extra children's room and a playground for the children.
There is also a bar with a table tennis room, which is run by the residents themselves. Furthermore, 2 music rooms (one with a piano), a bicycle workshop and a barbecue area are available for leisure activities. The large chessboard outside can be used for breezy games.
The Europa and Georgi House was extensively refurbished and modernised from September 2019 to September 2020 (project publicly funded).
